How to Get an Apple Student Discount in the U.S.
It’s pretty easy to claim an Apple student discount in the U.S. The process is not that different from buying a unit from the Apple Store itself. Just go to the Apple Education Store and choose from among the list which product you want to have.
If you click on an Apple product, you will be taken to a new page that lets you check out the item. While Apple doesn’t appear to be checking student IDs as of now, it doesn’t hurt to get your ID ready.
Apple may need to ask for some sort of proof that you’re actually a student, an educator, or a parent of a college student. If you buy from an Apple Store, always bring your credentials with you.
How to Claim Your Apple Student Discount in the U.K
If you’re in the U.K., be prepared for some stringent measures. You can only verify your eligibility through the student discount portal called UNiDAYS, which is open for students and staff and requires you to verify your university student account. You can start the process through the Apple for Education website, or directly via this link.
To do so, you must first create an account using your personal email address, then reveal where you study, how long you plan to stay, and what year you are now in.
You then have the option of verifying your account either through your institution’s own web portal or via email. That must be the academic email address you were given when you registered for your course.
After that, return to the Apple for Education website, link your UNiDays account to validate your eligibility, and start shopping for discounted Apple products.
Who is Eligible for an Apple Student Discount?
Students currently enrolled in college, students who have been admitted but have not yet begun their studies, their parents, and college instructors and employees are all eligible for Apple’s student discount. Teachers in the United States who homeschool their children are also eligible for the discount, and there are no restrictions on what grade they teach.
What Apple Student Discounts Are Available?
As part of its educational pricing strategy, Apple has a number of various discounts and incentives. The most well-known are MacBooks and iPads, but Apple has also dropped the prices of a variety of other items, particularly for college students.

A free set of AirPods and three months of Apple Arcade will be given to everyone who purchases a Mac, iPad Pro, or iPad Air. If standard AirPods aren’t for you, you can get AirPods Pro for $90 (down from $249) or AirPods with a wireless charging case for $40 (down from $199).
